Terms of Service

By accessing or using VerifiedTrader (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service. VerifiedTrader is currently operated by Arnav Ahuja as an individual (“VerifiedTrader,” “we,” “us”), ahead of formal incorporation.

VerifiedTrader provides identity and payout verification infrastructure connecting trading coaches with prospective students. We verify that a coach’s identity is real and that specific payout figures they claim are backed by validated payout records or documentation reviewed by our team.

• VerifiedTrader is not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, or investment adviser, and nothing on the Service is investment, financial, tax or legal advice.
• We do not guarantee any coach’s future trading performance, teaching quality, or that past results (verified or not) will be repeated.
• We do not endorse any coach; verification confirms that specific submitted figures matched validated payout records or documents, not that the coach is trustworthy, competent, or right for you.
• The Service and the features it offers may change, expand, or be discontinued over time.

You must be at least 18 years old to use VerifiedTrader. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at contact@verifiedtrader.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

If you go through coach verification, you agree that:

• The identity documents, selfie, and personal details you submit are genuinely yours and accurate.
• Any payout cards, links, receipts or other records you submit to support a claimed payout are genuine, unaltered, and belong to you.
• You will not attempt to create multiple accounts, use another person’s identity, or otherwise circumvent our fraud-prevention checks, including checks for the same biometric identity appearing under different names.

Violating this section is grounds for immediate suspension or permanent removal from the Service, and may be reported to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.

You agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
• Submit false, fraudulent, synthetic, or misleading information at any step.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal use.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to access accounts or data that aren’t yours.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

You retain ownership of the documents and information you submit. By submitting them, you grant us a license to use, store and process them solely to provide and improve the Service — for example, running the verification itself, and, only with your consent for public elements, displaying verified, aggregate figures on your public profile. We will never publish raw payout documents, account balances, government ID images, or unmatched claimed figures; only the verified, aggregated figures you’ve agreed to make public are shown, as described on the Service.

Some parts of the Service are free; others may require payment. If we introduce or change fees, we’ll disclose pricing clearly before you’re charged.

The Service relies on third parties, including Stripe (identity verification and payments), Supabase (infrastructure) and Google (optional sign-in). Your use of those features is also subject to those providers’ own terms and policies. We aren’t responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for violating these Terms, suspected fraud, or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service, or request deletion of your account, at any time by contacting us.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT VERIFICATION RESULTS ARE ERROR-FREE, THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY COACH VERIFIED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VERIFIEDTRADER AND ITS OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless VerifiedTrader and its operator from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Agreement to arbitrate. You and VerifiedTrader agree to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service through binding, individual arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. This means neither of us gets a jury trial.

Class action waiver. You and VerifiedTrader agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis, and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing contact@verifiedtrader.app within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms, stating that you decline to arbitrate. Opting out doesn’t affect any other part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We’ll update the effective date above, and material changes will be flagged on the Service or sent to you by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and VerifiedTrader regarding the Service. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; you may not assign them without our consent.
