Privacy Policy

VerifiedTrader verifies the identity of trading coaches and confirms their claimed results against real evidence, so traders can tell proven coaches from marketing. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we handle it. VerifiedTrader is currently operated by Arnav Ahuja as an individual. Questions: contact@verifiedtrader.app.

• Account information: your email, and a password or Google sign-in details.
• Verification information: for coaches, a government ID and a selfie, checked by our verification provider to confirm your identity. From that check we keep your legal name and date of birth as they appear on your ID. We also ask which country you live in.
• Payout evidence: payout cards you upload or link to (for example, Topstep payout cards and the links their QR codes open), the payout details they show, and any payout history you share with our team during manual verification. We don’t ask for your bank login or bank account details.
• Trader preferences: your goals and trading interests, kept private and never shown on your profile.
• Basic technical data, such as IP address and access logs.

We use this information to verify identities, confirm claimed payouts, detect fraudulent or duplicate submissions, match traders with verified coaches, and operate and improve the Service. We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.

Identity verification is performed by our verification provider, which compares your selfie to your ID to confirm the ID is yours. We receive only the result of that check — not the underlying photos. You consent to this before verifying, and can decline; coaches can’t be verified without it. Some jurisdictions give you specific rights over biometric data, including our retention practices — contact us for details or to request deletion.

We share data only with the providers that run the Service — for identity verification, payments, authentication, and hosting — and only as needed to provide it. We don’t sell your data.

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed for verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing contact@verifiedtrader.app.
